One dashboard, built per role. You decide what each person sees: a Director gets the money - Direct Debit, AutoPay, instalments, VAT and the monthly bookkeeping pack - while a Team Leader gets the operational picture and no figures at all. Same platform, granular permissions, UK VAT and GBP throughout rather than an American tax year.
